About Martina Farrugia

Martina Farrugia is a senior associate in Fenech & Fenech Advocates’ marine litigation department. Martina was admitted to the Bar in 2016. Her areas of focus include debt recovery and the arrests of vessels, the sale and purchase of vessels, collisions, recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, and contract-drafting and dispute resolution in matters concerning seafarers’ employment and personal injury claims. Martina is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Maritime Law Association.
