About Nicolai Vella Falzon

Nicolai Vella Falzon is a managing partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, and heads the Corporate and Commercial department. Nicolai is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, having practised in this area since 1998. His expertise includes corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, liquidation and insolvency. Nicolai is also an experienced litigator in corporate and commercial disputes, and handles court and arbitration cases of this nature on an ongoing basis. In addition, Nicolai is a casual lecturer and examiner within the Commercial Law department of the Faculty of Law at the University of Malta.
