About Andrew J Zammit

Andrew J Zammit is the managing partner of GVZH Advocates and heads the firm’s corporate, M&A, banking and finance, and gaming practices. He is actively involved in M&A, corporate finance, the licensing of financial services businesses with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and asset-financing transactions. Andrew is particularly active in advising businesses within the TMT space, pioneering the licensing of various fintech operators in Malta, and has led various corporate acquisitions, notably including the sale of Malta’s largest quad telecoms player and a number of significant online gaming operators. Andrew is a contributor to various fintech and gaming publications, and to various online legal portal services.
