Erika Criscione forms part of the GVZH Advocates’ Data Protection, Technology and Regulatory practice. She is actively involved in advising clients on GDPR compliance and regulatory risk in a fast-evolving digital environment and supports technology-driven businesses on wider regulatory matters, including cybersecurity compliance and consumer protection, particularly in relation to online platforms and digital services. Erika also advises on e-commerce and electronic communications matters. She has a strong interest in the legal challenges presented by emerging technologies and their impact across various industries.
