About Annalise Papa

Annalise Papa is a partner within Ganado Advocates’ corporate team with particular focus on M&A, continuations and joint ventures. She assists local and international clients on a range of matters including legal due diligence processes, corporate restructuring and corporate finance projects. Annalise regularly assists clients with ongoing corporate and commercial work – both local and cross-border – including the formation and conversion of companies, corporate governance issues, and voluntary dissolutions. She also advises companies on their beneficial ownership record-keeping and reporting obligations. Annalise is admitted to the Maltese Bar, superior courts of Malta and a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates. She is also an officer in the IBA European Regional Forum.
