About Luisa Cassar Pullicino

Luisa Cassar Pullicino is an associate within Ganado Advocates’ dispute resolution team. She assists clients from various industries in cross-border commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration, including maritime claims, corporate disputes and insolvencies. She has successfully assisted clients with vessel arrests and the enforcement of maritime claims through judicial and court-approved private sales, and also regularly advises clients on all aspects of contentious, multi-jurisdictional corporate insolvencies. Luisa has a special focus on private international law, and has experience obtaining interim relief in support of foreign proceedings, co-ordinating claims across various jurisdictions, and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Luisa was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2019.
