About Stuart Firman

Stuart Firman is a senior associate within Ganado Advocates’ corporate finance team. He regularly assists clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and cross-border transactions. Stuart has considerable experience dealing with private equity and venture capital firms in both local and cross-border acquisitions, and he is also active within the start-up sector. He also provides advice to clients on foreign direct investment (FDI) law and assists them with FDI notifications where necessary.
