About Bayo Adaralegbe

Bayo Adaralegbe is a partner and head of the energy group at Babalakin & Co. He has an LL.B. from the University of Ife, and an LL.M. (with distinction) in Petroleum Law and Policy and a PhD in International Investment Law, both from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at Dundee University. He is a Fellow, Energy Institute, UK; a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; and a Chartered Secretary and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He has memberships of several international and national professional bodies. He has worked on acquisitions, divestments and compliance and public sector assignments in the energy industry and is also involved in arbitration as counsel and arbitrator.
