About Omobola Bakare

Omobola Bakare is a graduate of Coventry University, England and is admitted to the Nigerian Bar. She is a member of the energy team at Babalakin & Co. She provides legal advice to clients in the oil and gas industry, and recently provided a legal opinion to an oil and gas company on the repatriation of crude oil export proceeds, in compliance with the Foreign Exchange Manual 2018, the Central Bank of Nigeria Act 2007 and its relevant Circulars and Guidelines. With a Master’s in International Business Law, she has also garnered competence in Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance Practice.
