About Philip Ayanfe

Philip Ayanfe obtained an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan and is admitted to the Nigerian Bar. He is an associate at Babalakin & Co and currently practises in the corporate/commercial group. Philip has built up experience in corporate/commercial law and energy law. He regularly provides advice to foreign companies seeking to do business in Nigeria. He was part of a team of solicitors that provided legal advice to a foreign company (a market leader in the onshore and offshore infrastructure welding, coating and technological engineering sector) desirous of doing business in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
