Stella Duru is a partner in the energy and natural resources practice group at Banwo & Ighodalo. Stella has over 22 years of experience, representing leading Nigerian and international clients on oil & gas, power, project development/structuring, and project and corporate finance transactions. She also advises on a broad range of corporate commercial transactions. She is presently leading the initiative on renewable energy transactions at the firm. Stella was admitted into the firm’s partnership in 2012. She is a consummate professional with in-depth experience in various areas of the law including oil and gas, power, infrastructure, project finance, M&A and general corporate commercial.
