About Marios Pelides

Marios Pelides is a partner at Georgiades & Pelides and has been in practice for over 35 years. Marios specialises in corporate and M&A work. His main areas of practice are structuring joint ventures, M&A, cross-border mergers, takeovers, public offers and listings on regulated markets. Marios also regularly advises on merger control and competition law and is the author of a number of publications on merger control. He contributed to the cross-border merger control guide of major international law firms. Marios is a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and has a degree in Law from the University of London.
