About Anna-Stéphanie Roubier

Anna-Stéphanie Roubier is a partner at HPP and head of practice who specialises in EU, competition and regulatory law. She has extensive experience in antitrust matters and merger control proceedings, and represents clients in related proceedings at the national and EU levels. Anna also advises clients on state aid issues, including foreign (non-EU) subsidies and national foreign direct investment control questions. Among other positions, prior to joining HPP, Anna worked in the Brussels office of a major US law firm, and as a legal advisor at the European Chemicals Agency. She holds an LLM from the College d’Europe (Belgium), and she is qualified as a Finnish attorney-at-law.
