About Jaakko Klemettilä

Jaakko Klemettilä has over 20 years of experience in tax matters as an attorney, tax consultant, in-house tax counsel and with the Finnish tax authorities. Jaakko is the head of tax practice at HPP Attorneys. He holds Master of Laws degree (University of Helsinki). Jaakko’s expertise covers wide range of tax matters including domestic and international tax issues, income taxation, value added taxation and transfer tax issues. Jaakko’s main specialisation is transactional tax for foreign clients targeting investments into Finland in the form of M&A or direct investments. These services include tax due diligence, tax structuring, W&I tax issues and tax insurance.
