About Malin Holm

Malin Holm is a senior counsel at HPP Attorneys Ltd, specialising in ESG as well as in banking and finance. She advises clients on different regulatory and other corporate sustainability and ESG matters. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in different financing arrangements and advises lenders, investors and borrowers in various domestic and cross-border financing transactions. In addition to experience from leading law firms, Malin has experience in impact financing. She has worked at the Finnish export credit agency Finnvera and acted as the leading legal counsel of the state-owned impact investor the Finnish Climate Fund (Ilmastorahasto).
