About Tarja Pirinen

Tarja Pirinen is a partner at HPP Attorneys Ltd, with over 20 years’ experience of mining law and the wide range of other legal issues relating to mineral exploration, project development and mining operations. She has assisted several mining companies in their operations in Finland in all phases of the life cycle of a mining project, from exploration to closure of mine, and has also advised in numerous M&A and finance transactions in the mining sector. Her areas of expertise include mining and environmental permit procedures, administrative court procedures, and tenement-related matters, as well as matters pertaining to environmental liabilities.
