About Teija Lius

Teija Lius is a partner at HPP Attorneys Ltd, specialising in banking and finance. She advises clients on various financing transactions and arrangements, with particular emphasis on renewable energy and project finance and, in recent years, on the mining sector. Teija has been involved in numerous financing transactions on the borrower, lender and investor sides. She has approximately 17 years of experience in domestic and cross-border transactions at leading Finnish law firms and international financiers. Prior to joining HPP, Teija worked as an in-house lawyer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg and in a Finnish development fund in Helsinki.
