His publications include articles on the taxation of investments and the regulatory and tax aspects of fund structures. He is, inter alia, the editor of the Frankfurt commentary on private equity, which describes the major relevant tax, regulatory and legal aspects for private equity funds in Germany. Amos, who has an LLM degree, has authored and co-authored several articles, including recently in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Fonds handbook.
