About Antonia Puglisi

Antonia Puglisi is an associate of the private funds practice group at POELLATH. She advises German and international fund managers and institutional investors on structuring and investing in private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. Her practice focuses on contractual and regulatory aspects, including issues relating to the German Capital Investment Code (“KAGB”), the distribution of financial instruments (marketing, pre-marketing) as well as in connection with the German Banking Act (“KWG”), German Investment Firm Act (“WpIG”) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II).
