About Kay-Uwe Neumann

Kay-Uwe Neumann is a counsel at POELLATH in Munich. He specialises in representing and advising foreign and domestic companies, particularly listed stock corporations, in corporate and commercial law matters and on group law. He advises clients on public takeovers and subsequent structural and integration measures, including the implementation of (merger law) squeeze-out procedures, the conclusion of control and profit transfer procedures and restructuring. This advice also includes litigation representation in corporate law disputes. He has been seconded by the German Bar Association to the Federal Department of Justice as an expert on corporate law and has lectured on corporate law at the University of Muenster for more than a decade.
