About Jannis Lührs

Jannis Lührs is a senior associate at POELLATH in the area of domestic and international tax law, with a focus on the tax structuring of private equity and M&A transactions and the structural tax aspects of private equity funds. Before joining the firm, he worked for several years in the international tax department of EY and PwC. He studied business administration with a focus on tax law at Mannheim Business School, and was admitted as a German certified tax adviser in 2022.
