Lilly Paykert is an associate in POELLATH’s private funds practice. She advises German and international fund managers and institutional investors on private equity funds. She focuses on contractual and regulatory aspects, including issues relating to the German Investment Code (KAGB) and the distribution of financial instruments (marketing, pre-marketing).
