About Charmayne Ong

Charmayne Ong heads Skrine’s IP and TMT practice and is a leading figure in IP and TMT legal advisory and compliance. She has extensive experience and has worked with regulators, public institutions and companies of all sizes. Charmayne manages the registration of, and general advisory and drafting work relating to, the classic forms of IP rights. She regularly deals with regulators and advises clients on complex regulatory compliance and licensing matters. She is the Malaysian member of the Global Leaders Forum (TMT practice) and a member of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (for IP and TMT).
