Ho Pui Yan
is a commercial litigator, with experience in handling international trade disputes and trade remedies work. Specialising in trade and customs matters, Pui Yan is a member of Skrine’s anti-dumping and trade remedies practice group, where she has acted in a number of noteworthy anti-dumping duties investigations initiated by both the Malaysian government and foreign counterparts. Pui Yan also regularly advises local and international corporations on compliance matters relating to customs, sanctions, and export control.
