About Sara Lau

Sara Lau is a partner in Skrine’s employment and immigration practice. She regularly acts for employers in unjust dismissal claims and other employment related contentious matters. She also has a thriving advisory practice in all areas of employment law, including employment related immigration and tax law and advises on right-sizing, closure of business, separation schemes, discipline and misconduct, performance management, employment investigations, trade unions, onboarding, employment data and termination of employment. Sara also regularly assists and advises on employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, including on transition of employee and the holistic integration of employment policies and work culture.
