About Sana Khalid Tirmizey

Sana Khalid Tirmizey is a senior associate at RIAA Barker Gillette and works with the Lahore office’s senior partner in the projects and energy department. Sana has advised both conventional and renewable energy projects regarding power purchase agreements, engineering and procurement contracts, operations and maintenance agreements, project restructuring, acquisition of power assets, insurance, regulatory matters (including tariff adjustments) and taxation in the conventional and renewable energy sector. She also has experience of advising on oil and gas regulatory matters, at the upstream and downstream level. Sana is licensed as a High Court advocate by the Punjab Bar Council.
