About Anthony W. Dee

Anthony W. Dee is a partner at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan and a member of its litigation and intellectual property (IP) departments. He currently co-heads the firm’s IP department. Mr Dee has represented numerous clients at all court levels and has extensive experience in the practice areas of litigation and arbitration. He has handled noteworthy eminent domain projects involving millions of dollars, particularly in providing strategic and legal advice on expropriation of land and acquisition of rights of way. He also has considerable experience in corporate rehabilitation and rescues as well as IP cases.
