Benedicto P. Panigbatan is a member of SyCipLaw’s corporate services, tax, special projects, and banking, finance and securities groups. His practice areas cover mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, corporate structuring and reorganisation, the sale and purchase of non-performing/distressed assets of banks and financial institutions, securities regulation, documentation of loans and security arrangements, taxation, joint ventures and financing for real estate projects, mining and construction projects and insurance. He led the team that assisted a foreign non-life insurance conglomerate with worldwide operations in establishing a Philippine branch office.
