These include advising Sanofi on its Philippine merger filing relating to its acquisition of the consumer healthcare business of Boehringer Ingelheim, resulting in the first merger clearance having been issued by the PCC after a full substantive review and advising Grab in relation to the motu proprio review of its acquisition of Uber’s assets and business in the Philippines; the first case of its kind.
