About Ma Patricia B Paz-Jacoba

Ma Patricia B Paz-Jacoba is a partner and member of SyCipLaw’s litigation and arbitration, tax and intellectual property practice groups. She has deep experience in dispute resolution, including domestic/international institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, and court procedures for arbitration. Patricia has represented clients at all levels of the Philippine judiciary before international and domestic arbitral tribunals, and proceedings before administrative agencies. She is an accredited arbitrator of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution, and is recognised as an ADR practitioner in arbitration by the Philippine Department of Justice – Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Patricia is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators and the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines, Inc.
