About Marcella Karaan

Marcella Karaan is an associate and a member of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan’s banking, finance and securities and special projects practice groups. Marcella assisted in the financing of the acquisition and construction of telecommunications towers, the operation of renewable energy projects, and the construction and operation of an airport. She also assisted in the acquisition of shares by a conglomerate in a listed renewable energy company and facilitated the contractor’s licence application of a foreign contractor for commuter railway projects.
