About Mark Oyales

Mark Oyales is a partner in SyCipLaw’s special projects and banking, finance and securities group. He is a commercial lawyer and a tax specialist. Mr Oyales’ significant transactional work covers M&A, investments, finance and public-private partnership transactions. Mr Oyales has expertise in PPP projects, particularly in the rail and airport sectors. He complements his PPP work with financing experience, having advised both borrowers and lenders on bilateral facilities, loan syndications, and project financing.
