About Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes

Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes is a senior partner at SyCipLaw and head of its special projects department, specialising in taxation, project finance, construction and leveraged leases. He has worked on numerous M&A deals, including Filinvest Land’s (a private entity) joint venture with the government for the development of Clark Green City, a 9,450 ha smart city. He is a professorial lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law.
