Rose Marie M. King-Dominguez
is a senior partner of the firm and a member of its special projects, banking, and finance and securities departments. Her specialisations include M&A, TMT, investments and general business law, and she has handled M&A projects in a range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, real estate and manufacturing. Rose's recent work includes major investments in the local fintech space, including the first Phase II review of a transaction under the Philippine Competition Act by the Philippine Competition Commission. She regularly lectures and writes on data privacy and cybersecurity laws and is a member of the board of trustees of the UP Women Lawyer’s Circle.
