About Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko

Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko is a senior partner at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan and heads its litigation department. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), an accredited arbitrator in various international and domestic arbitration institutions, and has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, construction arbitration, mediation, and civil, commercial, corporate and criminal litigation. Mr Ongkiko has handled and tried a broad range of cases involving contract and commercial disputes, real property disputes, infrastructure and engineering disputes, intra-corporate controversies, insurance cases, tort, enforcement of foreign judgments, and more. He has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, dealing with commercial and construction disputes as arbitrator and arbitration counsel.
