About Andreas Oxholm

Andreas Oxholm joined Hafnia Law Firm in 2016 as an assistant attorney and became an attorney-at-law in 2019 with right of audience before the High Courts. In 2021 Andreas obtained an LLM degree from New York University in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration, which added to his experience in cross-border commercial dispute resolution. He has extensive litigation experience, particularly with insurance claims. Andreas regularly takes instructions from Danish insurers on cover and recourse matters and teaches at the Danish Insurance Academy. He has represented both municipalities and international commercial clients in various liability cases before the Danish courts and in LMAA arbitrations.
