About Ang Tze Phern

Ang Tze Phern is a partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore’s employment practice. His practice covers all aspects of employment-related disputes and contentious employment advisory matters. He regularly advises and/or acts for employers and employees in the Employment Claims Tribunal, State Courts and High Court in employment-related litigation, such as the enforcement and resisting of restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, and workplace fairness and discrimination claims. He also has substantial experience advising on union negotiations, retrenchment/restructuring exercises, and on employment-related regulatory investigations. He recently advised on the largest mass retrenchment exercise in Singapore involving a global technology company.
