About Goh Jun Yi

Goh Jun Yi is a partner in Rajah & Tann's Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, and has significant experience working on M&A involving both publicly listed and privately held entities. Within the healthcare sector, he has advised on joint ventures, acquisitions involving publicly listed healthcare groups, cross-border investments in healthcare companies, and acquisitions of hospitals. In addition, he has worked on several mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving real estate investment trusts and their managers and also regularly advises SGX-ST listed issuers on continuing obligations.
