About Doreen Chia

Doreen Chia is a partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore’s specialised employment practice. She advises and acts mostly for multinational corporations in an extensive range of contentious employment matters with a focus on investigations relating to workplace harassment, employee misconduct and breaches of their employment obligations, whistle-blowing claims, unauthorised exfiltration of confidential information, breaches of Singapore’s Fair Consideration Framework and defending against allegations of wrongful dismissals, retrenchment, remuneration and salary claims. She has proven expertise in advising on and negotiating sensitive high-level dismissals and contested terminations, especially within the context of business and organisational restructuring.
