About Evelyn Wee

Evelyn Wee is the co-deputy head of Rajah & Tann Singapore’s corporate and transactional group. She also heads the capital markets practice and is a senior partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore’s M&A practice. Evelyn has three decades of experience in private equity/venture capital investments, M&A and capital markets transactions, including innovative, complex and award-winning deals. She regularly advises clients on cross-border transactions, including investments in – and divestments of – businesses and listed companies in South-East Asia, South Asia, Europe and South America. Evelyn has represented both private equity/venture capital investors and founders/portfolio companies in investments and exits, and is known for her dedication and commerciality.
