Lois Tan is a senior associate within Rajah & Tann’s Capital Markets and Mergers and Association practice groups, focusing on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. She also works within the Medical, Healthcare & Life Sciences practice group, and has advised on healthcare regulatory matters, such as the licensing regime/requirements for the provision of healthcare services and the supply of healthcare products in Singapore, as well as the regulatory requirements imposed on such licensed entities.
