About Lay Lian Kee

Lay Lian Kee is head of the Private Wealth – Family and Matrimonial team at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, with nearly four decades of legal experience. She specialises in adoption, commercial litigation and succession and trust. Lay Lian has successfully dealt with complex family cases involving cross-jurisdiction issues over assets, maintenance and children, and has been ranked by legal publications in dispute resolution for the categories of family and matrimonial, and private client. She is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a registered practitioner of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and co-chairperson of the Law Society’s Family Law Practice Committee and its Probate Practice Committee.
