Sarah Tan is an associate at the Private Wealth – Family and Matrimonial team at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. She has experience in the various areas of law that fall within the jurisdiction of the Family Justice Courts in Singapore, including divorce, adoption and guardianship applications, relocation/return cases, maintenance, family violence, division of assets and the drafting of prenuptial agreements and other marital agreements, as well as probate proceedings (especially involving foreign law elements and complex family structures) and the drafting of wills and other end-of-life documents.
