About Steve Tan

Steve Tan is deputy head of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP's TMT practice. His practice is in the areas of data protection, IT, IP, cybersecurity, communications, and digital media/entertainment law. Steve is also the director and co-founder of Rajah & Tann Technologies and Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity and an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore. Besides being among the first to be conferred Senior Accredited Specialist (DDE) status by the Singapore Academy of Law, Steve was also named Data Privacy & Protection Lawyer of the Year at ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2023.
