About Tan Mui Hui

Tan Mui Hui is deputy head of the Capital Markets practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore and a partner in the M&A practice. Her experience includes initial public offerings and listings of securities on the Singapore Exchange, as well as on overseas exchanges like the NYSE, NASDAQ and HKEx. She is also well versed in secondary listings, secondary fundraisings and pre-IPO fundraising for both listed and private companies. With a solid grounding in regulatory requirements, problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate market trends, Mui Hui has successfully led the listing of novel structures on the SGX-ST.
