is the deputy head of Rajah & Tann Singapore’s M&A practice, and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. Her versatility in this practice shows in the clients – MNCs, start-ups, SMEs, private equity investors and venture capital funds whom she represents across acquisition, investment and divestment transactions across industries including consumer, healthtech, fintech and environmental solutions through the use of equity, debt and hybrid instruments.
