About Yong Yi Xiang

Yong Yi Xiang holds a first-class honours degree from the National University of Singapore. He is a former two-time South East Asian (SEA) Games gold medallist in Wushu, and achieved a career-high world ranking of No 2 in the sport. He is currently a senior associate in Rajah & Tann Singapore’s sports law practice, and is also the legal adviser to the Singapore Wushu Dragon and Lion Dance Federation. Yi Xiang handles a wide range of commercial disputes, intellectual property and data privacy law matters, and was appointed as Young Independent Counsel of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.
