Her wide-ranging expertise in competition covers investigations of competition authorities, leniency and settlement procedures, the assessment of anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance topics, complex merger clearance procedures (including 2-to-1 mergers) and State aid matters. Alina has authored many articles on competition matters for leading publications, and is a member of the International Bar Association’s Competition Law chapter.
