About Stefano Sbordoni

Stefano Sbordoni is the founding partner of Sbordoni & Partners, and is an Italian Supreme Court lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in gambling and betting law. He supports the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) on administrative law matters. He is also a professor at the University of Salerno, and an arbitrator at the Chamber of Arbitration in Rome. Since 2014, he has been the general secretary of UTIS (Italian Union of Sports Totoricevitori) and a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL). He has also written numerous monographs and other publications. He is registered with the Order of Journalists as a publicist, and has been collaborating with some of the most popular gaming magazines in Italy. Since 2002, he has been a speaker at numerous conferences regarding the gaming and betting sector.
