About Jan Wszołek

Jan Wszołek is a real estate lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright Dyczkowski and Partners, LP in Warsaw, specialising mainly in real estate, spatial planning, land development and construction law. He has conducted over 150 legal due diligence reviews of real estate and participated in many real estate purchase transactions. Jan advises on construction issues such as construction contracts and EPCM, as well as on various administrative issues related to investment process preparation, construction and use of facilities. He represents clients in court and administrative proceedings relating to real estate (including legal status determination) and the construction process. Jan also advises on real estate aspects of infrastructural projects, in particular in the renewable energy sector.
